Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současným bezpečnostním managementem. Tím, jak se dokáže vypořádat s novou dobou neustálých změn, tedy dobou, kdy se výrobním faktorem stává poznání, neustálé vzdělávání a potřeba informace. Dále jsou zde uvedeny současné problémy řízení a konkrétní problémy, které se týkají průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Podstatou práce je návrh využití nových progresivních metod řízení v bezpečnostním průmyslu, které umožní těmto firmám v dnešní době lépe pracovat a koordinovat své lidi s využitím koučování, využívat pracovních týmů pro dosažení lepšího výkonu ve službě a také pochopit funkci futurologie pro lepší poznávání budoucnosti, která je pro práci bezpečnostního manažera tím nejdůležitějším. |

This thesis is dedicated to current security management. It describes how we cope with new age of constant changes, when education and knowladge becomes main production factor. It also speak about current problems of management and particular issues with relation to comertial security industry. The core of this thesis is a proposal of new progresive management methods in security industry, which enables companies to work better and better coordinate their employees through coaching, to use work teams to get better service results and also to understand function of futurology for better future understanding, which is the most important thing for security manager. |
