Diplomová popisuje historický vývoj papírových bankovek používaných na území České republiky, je zde popsán technologický postup výroby v současnosti používaných bankovek v České republice, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé ochranné prvky bankovek a rozdělení nebezpečnosti padělků. V praktické části je uveden názorný příklad, jakým způsobem by měla probíhat kontrola pravosti bankovky včetně fotografické dokumentace s porovnáním jednotlivých ochranných prvků, je zde také v neposlední řadě uvedena právní ochrana proti padělání, pozměňování a udávání padělků bankovek do oběhu. |

The thesis describes the historical evolution of the banknotes used in the territory of the Czech Republic. The technological procedure of the production of the Czech banknotes currently in use is described in here as well as the individual security measures of the banknotes and it sorts out the counterfeits by the level of danger they present. In the practical part a demonstrative example shows how the authenticity control of the banknote should run including photographic documentation that compares the individual security measures. Last but not least the legal defense against the counterfeiting, alteration and passing off the counterfeits are described. |
