dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení vitaminů skupiny B pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie ve vybraných vzorcích piva. Byly vyzkoušeny možnosti úpravy vzorků a nalezeny optimální chromatografické podmínky pro jejich analýzu. Bylo stanoveno množství vitaminů skupiny B ve vybraných vzorcích a získané hodnoty byly porovnány s publikovanou literaturou.	cs

Treatment options have been tested samples and found optimal conditions for their chromatographic analysis.
